Team & Billing

Collaborate with your team and manage your subscription. Invite members, assign roles, and handle payments - all from the dashboard.

Team Management

Navigate to Dashboard > Team. Only the account owner and admins can manage team members.

Inviting Team Members

  1. 1Go to Dashboard > Team and click "Invite Member"
  2. 2Enter the team member's email address
  3. 3Select a role: Viewer, Editor, or Admin
  4. 4The invitee receives an email with a unique invite link
  5. 5Once they accept, they appear in your team list
  6. 6If they don't have an account yet, the invite link takes them to register first

Team Switcher

If you're a member of multiple teams, use the Team Switcher at the top of the sidebar to switch between your own dashboard and dashboards you've been invited to. Each team has its own monitors, settings, and billing.

Billing & Subscription

Navigate to Dashboard > Billing to manage your subscription, view invoices, and update billing details.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. 1Go to Dashboard > Billing
  2. 2View your current plan and usage
  3. 3Click "Upgrade" next to the plan you want
  4. 4Complete payment through Cashfree (supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking)
  5. 5Your plan upgrades immediately - new limits apply instantly
  6. 6If you have a pending plan upgrade, it will apply at the start of the next billing cycle

Billing Settings

From the Billing page, you can also configure:

  • Billing address (street, city, state, zip, country)
  • GSTIN for Indian businesses (for GST invoicing)
  • View payment history and download invoices

Account Settings

Navigate to Dashboard > Settings to manage your personal account.

Profile

Update your name, email address, and profile information.

Password

Change your account password. If you've forgotten it, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

Email Verification

If your email isn't verified, you'll see a prompt to verify. Click the link in the verification email sent to your inbox.

Marketing Preferences

Opt in or out of product update emails and marketing communications.

Delete Account

Permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
